We are currently taking applications to purchase the Evergreen pilot house located at 110 E 11th Street, Duluth, MN for $360,000. 

 

We'll soon be holding open houses at the home.  Request invitation to tour. Construction will be complete in July, 2023. Applications being accepted NOW!
