We are providing Multi-Craft Core Curriculum (MC3) in partnership with the Duluth Building and Construction Trades Council and TradesFutures. We have programming available for adults ages 18+, and we are launching a YouthBuild program in January 2026. We will share more information about YouthBuild here in the coming weeks.

• Educate effectively about housing, health, and environmental impact alongside worksite safety and basic construction and employment skills

• Create pathways to education and employment for people experiencing barriers, including partnering with organizations that provide case management, leadership development, and GED attainment programs

• Cultivate passion and participation in green building, renewable energy systems, and sustainable community development

• Develop a green collar workforce by partnering with trade unions and employers to teach in-demand skills alongside green construction techniques. This workforce will participate in the widespread creation of reliable energy efficient and high performance buildings

• Transform communities to be more equitable, resilient,
